Cascade Brewery Tour

While in Hobart I decided to take a tour at the local brewery.  Cascade Brewery has been around since 1824.  The brewing is still completed largely in the old building whose shell survived the bush fires of 1963.  There are not any pictures of the inside of the brewery as they do not permit photos to be taken.  After the tour I enjoyed some samples of their brew.  Cascade Draught and their pale ale.  The draught can only be purchased in Tasmania. After the samples and a lunch, I took in their lovely gardens that they have on site.
