The solar storms that took place on St. Patrick's Day allowed for the opportunity to knock another item off of my 101 in 1000 Day list. I had originally planned on shooting some star trails at my parent's place, but was rewarded with the Northern Lights.
One of the tasks on my 101 in 1001 days list is to grow and freeze my own produce. Back in the spring, I had planted: peas, yellow bean, beets, carrots, spinach and tomatoes.
